Separate collection, interpretation and delivery. Each stage has a clear input, output and failure boundary. For a customer workflow, “deliver” may mean presenting a reviewed next step rather than sending anything externally.

The older five-layer vision

The founder ecosystem once grouped work as a broad “AI operating system.” The canonical ordering is Soul → Council → Intelligence → Governance → Harness. This remains a conceptual architecture lesson, separate from the narrower customer workflow offered by Tesseract.
